  • Access to the Internet, email, and a printer.


๐Ÿ“‹ Completion Requirements (Undergraduate)

To graduate, students must fulfill the following:

  1. Total Credits: Complete 123 semester credits.

    • 63 credits in the general education curriculum.

    • 60 credits in the major area of study.

  2. Grade Point Average (GPA):

    • Overall GPA: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.

    • Major GPA: Maintain a B- (2.67) average in major coursework.

  3. Program-Specific Requirements:

    • Computer Science: All courses must be passed with a grade of B- (2.67) or better, as they form the foundation for advanced study.

    • Students must register for and participate in email lists for courses in their major.

    • Computer Science students must have access and experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications.

  4. Study Format:

    • Single-Course Students: Must submit a minimum of one assignment per month.

  5. Mandatory Orientation Course:

    • New annual term students: 3-hour orientation course.

    • New course-by-course students: 1-hour orientation course.


๐Ÿ”„ Transfer Credit, Certifications & Experience

Our policy is to help new students begin at the most advanced point possible in their program.

๐Ÿ“„ Transfer Credit

  • ETU accepts credits from other institutions for comparable courses in general education and undergraduate majors.

  • Process: Transcript review. For major credits, a course syllabus and lab descriptions must also be submitted.

  • Evaluation: Conducted by the Admissions Committee.

  • Cost: No charge for transferred credits.

  • Originating Institution: Must be accredited by a recognized agency.

๐Ÿ“œ Professional Certifications

  • Credit is awarded for specific professional certifications.

  • Range: From 3 to 12 credits, depending on the certification and degree program.

  • Application: Can be applied to both general education and major courses.

๐Ÿ’ผ Life and Work Experience

  • Designed especially for adult students with professional achievements.

  • Application: Credits are awarded exclusively to fulfill general education curriculum requirements.

  • Process: Must complete and submit the "Life and Work Experience" assessment.
